We craft just 20 to 200 of each truffle or bonbon with some of the world's rarest chocolate and cacao. The creations in each box are limited edition works of art; we have never repeated a recipe.
Each Large Bonbon Sharing Box typically contains 12-15 of our most recent creations and will be different than what's in these photos. You'll find images and descriptions of our latest works on our website.
The boxes themselves are handmade for us in Nepal. The paper for the boxes traveled five days by donkey-back from rural mountainous villages to reach the nearest road to Kathmandu. It is tree-free, acid-free and supports hardworking people.

I travel the world eating chocolate and have eaten at chocolate bars like Pierre Hermé in Tokyo and multiple La Maison du Chocolat outposts in different countries, but would you believe that the best chocolates I've had are from a place in Manchester, New Hampshire?
