I've not found a more perfect dark chocolate bar. A nuanced chocolate with a hint of nuttiness, crisp lychee notes, and no trace of bitterness. Chocolate maker Carlos Eichenberger and I collaborate to create this chocolate at his facility in Guatemala City.

Each I'x Jaguar Bar weighs 50g / 1.76oz and is packaged in an elegant Lokta paper box, handmade for us in Nepal.

Contains cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and tinted mica lustre dust (for color). Produced in a facility that processes flour and nuts.
