A rare white cacao grown in the vicinity of an Andean desert region near the villages of La Pareja, Loma Larga, and Palmas. The chocolate from these beans is intensely fruity; we taste stone fruits against a nutty crisp background.

Each Coqui Cacao bar weighs about 80g / 2.8oz and is packaged in an elegant Lokta paper box, handmade for us in Nepal.
Contains Peru Piura cacao beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, organic sunflower lecithin, and tinted mica lustre dust (for color). Produced in a facility that processes dairy, flour, and nuts.
