Cacao is old in Belize, and the Belize Foundation for Research and Environmental Education (BFREE) grows some precious cacao. The chocolate we made from these beans begins with a creamy nuttiness and finishes with airy brightness and a hint of spice.
This chocolate has little bitterness, and is very easy to enjoy.
Each Coqui Cacao bar weighs about 80g / 2.8oz and is packaged in an elegant Lokta paper box, handmade for us in Nepal.
Contains cacao beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, organic sunflower lecithin, and tinted mica lustre dust (for color). Produced in a facility that processes dairy, flour, and nuts.
