It begins with carefully roasted espresso beans from Clarena's Coffee in the New Hampshire Lakes Region. Clarena's Colombian, and sources her beans entirely from female farmers in South and Central America.
I paired it with our vibrant Puerto Rico 70% dark chocolate from Jeanmarie Chocolat, my friend Juan Echeverria's farm on the southwest side of the island.
