DOWN & DIRTY CHOCOLATE is a hands-on class. You’ll taste chocolate, learn tips and tricks, and take home what you make.
We'll make chocolate ganache for truffles. We'll temper chocolate for enrobing.We'll scoop truffles and make 'em pretty. You'll taste one and take home the rest!
We can accommodate 8 students per class; groups & private events are welcome!
CLASS SCHEDULE AND POLICIES
All classes take place at Dancing Lion Chocolate in Manchester, NH. Please plan to arrive by 5:45pm as we begin promptly at 6:00pm and wrap up around 7:30pm. We ask that you provide your phone number when registering so we can contact you in case of rescheduling due to inclement weather or other emergency.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled class. We are only able to refund or reschedule your registration if we hear from you at least two business days before the class date. After that time, your registration fees become nonrefundable.
