I start with Creos, our vibrant 72% dark milk chocolate made from rare white-seed cacao from the Maranon Canyon of Peru (Chef Anthony Bourdain did a show about thiis cacao). Crisp slow-roasted almonds for crunch. In the video I'm sprinking in the AMCHOOR--saavory dried mango. The result is a lively bar that will make you feel good all day.
